If designers are unavailable, we’ll provide a form for you to specify details so we can bring your creative vision to life.
Note: Designers are available on weekdays, subject to availability, and will not be present on Saturdays.
Product Compatibility
Not all products can be customized due to material constraints. Check with our staff for details.
Custom Buffet Option
You can create unlimited text and design elements on your product for a standard rate. However, please be aware that the complexity and elaboration of the designs are subject to our staff's discretion to ensure they are reasonable and feasible.
Processing Time
- Standard customisations: Can be done on-the-spot, subject to stock availability. Please allow for a waiting time of around 15 minutes.
- For custom sizes, texts, or custom buffet: Customization may take time based on design complexity. Be prepared to wait for at least 1 hour or arrange for later pickup/delivery. For custom sizes, designs, or buffets, please note that waiting time is subject to staff availability for same-day collection. If you are unable to wait, we offer free delivery within 2-4 working days for orders over $100 (excluding vinyl pricing). For orders below $100, delivery is available for an additional $5. Please plan to set aside at least one hour for your visit to choose and customize your vinyl.
Design Approval
All designs must be approved by staff. We reserve the right to reject inappropriate or unfeasible designs.
Color Options
Customizations are available in limited colors. Consult our staff for available options.
Exchange/Refund Policy
Customized products can be exchanged or refunded according to current store policies.
Customization Fee
A non-refundable fee applies, separate from the product cost.
Vinyl Removal
Vinyl can be removed, but over time, the area underneath may show discoloration due to exposure to the elements.
Post-Customization Care
Thinner, smaller, and more delicate designs (e.g., text) may be more prone to peeling or coming off if disturbed. We are not responsible for any damage, peeling, or scratching of the vinyl after it leaves our store.
Usage of Design
Your design may be used in our promotional materials unless you specify otherwise.
Care Instructions
Follow care instructions to maintain vinyl quality. Avoid harsh cleaning agents and rough handling.
Can I choose from your entire product range?
Most of our products are available for customization, but some items may have limitations due to material or surface constraints. We will inform you if your chosen item cannot be customised and will suggest alternatives.
How durable are the customizations?
Our customizations are waterproof and fade-resistant, but they do need to be handled with care to prevent peeling. If the design gathers dust or oil, you may gently use a soft cloth to wipe the design.
How do I determine the placement of the elements for my chosen texts/graphics?
After selecting your text and graphics, we'll advise on the best placement and layout. You may also share your preferences with us, and we'll help you to customize accordingly.
Are the vinyls removable?
Yes, you will still be able to peel them off if you choose to do so.
